Welcome to Didu!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our app and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Didu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Didu is operated by Didu Labs ApS, a company registered in Denmark.

2. Accounts and access

  • You can create an account to use the Service. Please keep your login details secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.

  • Didu is designed for a general audience. Users under 16 should only use the Service with parental consent, if required by local law.

3. Using Didu

You agree to:

  • Use Didu for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Not copy, resell, or redistribute Didu’s content without permission.

  • Not misuse the Service in any unlawful or harmful way.

All content in the app (texts, design, and branding) belongs to Didu Labs ApS.

Important: Didu provides inspirational and educational content only. It is not professional advice (e.g. medical, financial, or legal).

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Didu is available as a subscription. Current pricing is shown before you subscribe.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right when purchasing a subscription online. However, by starting to use Didu immediately after purchase, you agree that the Service is delivered instantly and the withdrawal right is waived.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Didu running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or stop parts of the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didu Labs ApS is not liable for any indirect damages, such as lost profits, data loss, or other consequential harm.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Privacy and data

We take privacy seriously. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU regulations.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
